Parliament dissolves for Scottish elections

The Scottish Parliament has been dissolved for the Scottish election on Thursday 5th May.

MSPs who are not standing down cease to be members and become parliamentary candidates for the next 6 weeks and may not take on any new constituency casework. However, any MSP casework that is ongoing may continue to be handled until it is concluded.

Abusive Behaviour (Scotland) Bill Stage 3

As justice spokesperson, Margaret spoke for the Scottish Conservatives at Stage 3 of the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Bill.
